Just five weeks left!

Hi everybody (who doesn't speak German)!
In five weeks I'm gonna leave for Nicaragua. At the moement I still have a lot of paper work to do: insurance, bank accounts, ... . I'm learning Spanish as well.
Really soon I have to say goodbye to my friends and family in Germany, this is hard but I'm really looking forward to get to know new people in Nicaragua. Of course I think of you as well, so you can have a look here to what I'm up to during the next 12 months. This post is no translation of the German one cause you're special, so you get a special one :)

In 2 Monaten heb ich ab!

Wie die meisten von euch schon wissen, fliege ich am 2. August für 11 Monate nach Estelí, Nicaragua. Dort werde ich im Kunst-Projekt Funarte mit Kindern und Jugendlichen arbeiten.

Außer mir gehen noch 7 andere Freiwillige mit dem Welthaus Bielefeld mit nach Estelí.

Im Moment bereite ich mich mit Sprachkurs, Lektüre und Seminaren auf meinen Aufenthalt vor, aber wahrscheinlich wird alles vor Ort dann doch neu und fremd sein.

An dieser Stelle werde ich euch während meines Freiwilligendienstes auf dem Laufenden halten und mit Fotos versorgen.

Jetzt bin ich voller Vorfreude und verdränge den bevorstehenden Abschied.
